WILLIAM PENN BANCORP INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on April 2, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 1, 2025. Trading in shares of WILLIAM PENN BANCORP INC is expected to be halted effective May 1, 2025.
