Acquisition | WIDEOPENWEST INC | 6th January 2026

Initially announced on August 11, 2025 CRESTVIEW PARTNERS made a cash offer for WIDEOPENWEST INC of USD 5.2 per WIDEOPENWEST INC share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on December 31, 2025. Trading in shares of WIDEOPENWEST INC is expected to be halted effective December 31, 2025.In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

WIDEOPENWEST INC will be removed from the Index.
The weight of WIDEOPENWEST INC (WOW.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
