Acquisition | WAGA ENERGY SA W/I | 19th December 2025

BOX BIDCO S.A.S launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of WAGA ENERGY SA W/I. Each shareholder of WAGA ENERGY SA W/I will receive EUR 21.55 in cash for every share held. The tender offer was open from November 24, 2025 and expired on December 12, 2025. Based on the results published the acquiror now holds 85.88 percent of shares of WAGA ENERGY SA W/I. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove WAGA ENERGY SA W/I giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• WAGA ENERGY SA W/I will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WAGA ENERGY SA W/I (WAGA.PA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 19/12/2025
