Acquisition | VTG AG | 12th April 2019

Due to the acquisition of VTG AG by Warwick Holding GmbH (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

Solactive ISS ESG Screened Developed Markets Small Cap Index

  • VTG AG will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of VTG AG based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 04/12/2019.
