Due to the acquisition of VIRGIN MONEY HOLDINGS UK PLC by CYBG PLC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

Solactive L&G ESG UK Index
Solactive L&G Gender in Leadership UK GTR Index
Solactive UK Domestic Index NTR

  • VIRGIN MONEY HOLDINGS UK PLC will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of CYBG PLC will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • Effective Date (open): 10/15/2018.
