Initially announced on April 23, 2024 CAPITOLIUM SRL made a cash offer for VIANINI SPA of EUR 0.86 per VIANINI SPA share held. As of June 18, 2024, tender offer results indicate shareholder acceptances reached 91.658%. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove VIANINI SPA giving 2 days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• VIANINI SPA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of VIANINI SPA (VINI.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
