On September 17, 2025 COGNA EDUCACAO initiated a tender offer for VASTA PLATFORM LTD of USD 5 per VASTA PLATFORM LTD share held. On October 15, 2025 the results of the initial tender offer was announced with acceptances reaching 96 percent of the total shares outstanding of VASTA PLATFORM LTD. Shareholders who have not tendered their shares can still accept the offer during the additional acceptance period, which runs until October 28 2025. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove VASTA PLATFORM LTD giving 2 business days notice effective October 22, 2025 open.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• VASTA PLATFORM LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of VASTA PLATFORM LTD (VSTA.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
