Acquisition | TV18 BROADCAST LTD | 16th October 2024

On December 16, 2023, TV18 BROADCAST LTD announced it would merge with NETWORK 18 MEDIA & INVESTMENTS. Each shareholder of TV18 BROADCAST LTD would receive 0.581395349 share of NETWORK 18 MEDIA & INVESTMENTS for every share held. On July 10, 2024, TV18 BROADCAST LTD’s shareholder meeting was held and the Scheme was approved. Based on the announcement published on October 4, 2024, the record date of the Scheme is October 16, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TV18 BROADCAST LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of NETWORK 18 MEDIA & INVESTMENTS (NEFI.NS) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 16/10/2024
