Acquisition | TRICON RESIDENTIAL INC | 2nd May 2024

Initially announced on January 19, 2024 BLACKSTONE INC made a cash offer for TRICON RESIDENTIAL INC of USD 11.25 per TRICON RESIDENTIAL INC share held. TRICON RESIDENTIAL INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on March 28, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 1, 2024. Trading in shares of TRICON RESIDENTIAL INC is expected to be halted effective May 2, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TRICON RESIDENTIAL INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TRICON RESIDENTIAL INC (TCN.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/05/2024
