Due to the acquisition of TRIBUNE MEDIA CO by  NEXSTAR MEDIA GROUP INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• TRIBUNE MEDIA CO will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TRIBUNE MEDIA CO based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
