Acquisition | TREEHOUSE FOODS INC | 11th February 2026

Initially announced on November 10, 2025 Investindustrial VIII SCSp made a cash offer for TREEHOUSE FOODS INC of USD 22.5 per TREEHOUSE FOODS INC share held plus 1 CVR. TREEHOUSE FOODS INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on January 29, 2026. Trading in shares of TREEHOUSE FOODS INC is expected to be halted effective February 11, 2026. Due to the presence of a contingent value right in the offer, TREEHOUSE FOODS INC will be removed pro rata at its last close price effective (open) February 11, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • TREEHOUSE FOODS INC will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of TREEHOUSE FOODS INC (THS.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 11/02/2026
