Acquisition | TREASURE ASA | 10th December 2025

Initially announced on June 13, 2023 WILH WILHELMSEN HOLDING ASA made a cash offer for TREASURE ASA of NOK 39.5 per TREASURE ASA share held. The offer period under the Offer expired today, 4 December 2025.The Offer was accepted for a total of 3,067,599 shares, increasing the holding of WILH WILHELMSEN HOLDING ASA shares in TREASURE ASA, representing approximately 98.67%. Since the free float of TREASURE ASA shares after the tender offer has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove TREASURE ASA giving 2 business days notice effective December 10, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TREASURE ASA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TREASURE ASA (TRER.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 10/12/2025
