Acquisition | TRANSMONTAIGNE PARTNERS LP | 1st March 2019

Due to the acquisition of TRANSMONTAIGNE PARTNERS LP by ARCLIGHT CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

 

FOR:

Solactive High Income Infrastructure MLP Index

  • TRANSMONTAIGNE PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
  • TRANSMONTAIGNE PARTNERS LP will be replaced by PLAINS ALL AMERICAN PIPELINE LP (PAA.N / PAA UN) in a weight-neutral transaction.
  • Effective Date (open): 03/01/2019.

 

FOR:

Solactive Junior MLP Composite Index

  • TRANSMONTAIGNE PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of TRANSMONTAIGNE PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 03/01/2019.
