Acquisition | TRANCOM CO LTD | 15th January 2025

On 16 September 2024, K.K. BCJ-86 announced a tender offer for the purchase of all shares of TRANCOM CO LTD at cash terms of JPY 10,300 per share. On 31 October 2024, the tender offer expired with acceptances of 77.53%. On 20 December 2024, shareholders of TRANCOM CO LTD announced their intention to delist the company from the JPX. The delisting date will be 15 January 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TRANCOM CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TRANCOM CO LTD (9058.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/01/2025
