Acquisition | TOTENS SPAREBANK | 1st November 2024

Initially announced on January 3, 2024 SPAREBANK 1 OESTLANDET made a cash and stock offer for TOTENS SPAREBANK of NOK 7.788 and 1.8 shares per TOTENS SPAREBANK share held. TOTENS SPAREBANK shareholders approved the Acquisition on February 22, 2024. The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority granted the necessary permits for the transaction on September 3, 2024. Trading in shares of TOTENS SPAREBANK is expected to be halted effective November 1, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • TOTENS SPAREBANK will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of SPAREBANK 1 OESTLANDET (SPOLS.OL) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 01/11/2024
