On 7 May 2025, SHIONOGI & CO LTD ORD announced a tender offer to purchase all shares of TORII PHARMACEUTICAL CO LTD with cash terms of JPY 6,350. On 19 June 2025, it was announced that the acceptances for the tender offer had reached 93.81%. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove TORII PHARMACEUTICAL CO LTD giving 2 business days notice on 24 June 2025.

• TORII PHARMACEUTICAL CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TORII PHARMACEUTICAL CO LTD (4551.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
