Acquisition | TOPDANMARK AS | 16th September 2024

On June 17, 2024 TOPDANMARK AS received an exchange offer from Sampo SAMPO OYJ CLASS A for 1.25 new A shares in SAMPO OYJ CLASS A as consideration for each share in TOPDANMARK AS owned. On September 11, 2024 SAMPO OYJ CLASS A announced the result of the Exchange Offer that is controls approximately 92.6 percent of the share capital and voting rights in TOPDANMARK AS. Following the completion of the Exchange Offer, SAMPO OYJ CLASS A will seek to initiate and complete a compulsory acquisition of the TOPDANMARK AS shares held by the remaining minority shareholders of TOPDANMARK AS. SAMPO OYJ CLASS A will seek to have the TOPDANMARK AS shares removed from trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S following completion of the Exchange Offer.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TOPDANMARK AS will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TOPDANMARK AS (TOP.CO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 16/09/2024
