Acquisition | TETHYS OIL AB | 23rd December 2024

On 13 September 2024, Roc Oil Company Pty Limited announced a recommended public cash offer to the shareholders of TETHYS OIL AB to tender all their shares in Tethys to the Offeror at a price of SEK 58.70 in cash per share. As per the announcement released on December 18, 2024 the offeror owns around 90.03 percent of TETHYS OIL AB. The offer has been declared unconditional and the offeror intends to delist shares of TETHYS OIL AB from Nasdaq Stockholm. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove TETHYS OIL AB giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TETHYS OIL AB will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TETHYS OIL AB (TETY.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 23/12/2024
