Initially announced on August 6, 2025, BXJE2 HLDG CO LTD made a cash offer for TECHNOPRO HOLDINGS INC with cash term of JPY 4870 per TECHNOPRO HOLDINGS INC share held. The offer expired on September 24, 2025. After completion of the offer, the acquirer held 79.95% shares of TECHNOPRO HOLDINGS INC. On October 20, 2025, the company announced TECHNOPRO HOLDINGS INC will be delisted on December 9, 2025, from Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TECHNOPRO HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TECHNOPRO HOLDINGS INC (6028.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
