Acquisition | TDCX INC | 24th June 2024

On March 1, 2024, TDCX INC announced it has entered into a plan of merger with TRANSFORMATIVE INVESTMENTS PTE LTD. Each holder of TDCX INC ADS will receive USD 7.20, less the applicable DR fee of USD 0.05, upon completion of the merger. The delisting of TDCX INC ADS is now announced as June 20, 2024. Trading in ADS of TDCX INC is expected to be halted effective June 20, 2024. In absence of an active market the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TDCX INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TDCX INC (TDCX.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 24/06/2024
