Due to the acquisition of TC PIPELINES LP by TC ENERGY CORP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• TC PIPELINES LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TC PIPELINES LP (TCP.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
