Due to the acquisition of TALLGRASS ENERGY PARTNERS LP by TALLGRASS ENERGY GP LP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

Solactive MLP Infrastructure Index
Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP Index
Solactive MLP Composite Index
Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP 30 Index

• TALLGRASS ENERGY PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TALLGRASS ENERGY PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 07/02/2018.

• TALLGRASS ENERGY PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of TALLGRASS ENERGY GP LP will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 07/02/2018.
