Acquisition | T-GAIA CORP | 26th November 2024

On 30 September 2024, BCJ-82-1 CO LTD announced that it would acquire the common shares of T-GAIA CORP through a tender offer. Each T-GAIA CORP shareholder would receive JPY 2670 in cash for every share held. On 21 November 2024, the tender offer result was announced with BCJ-82-1 CO LTD controlling 91.64 percent of the share capital of T-GAIA CORP. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove T-GAIA CORP from the indices on 26 November 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• T-GAIA CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of T-GAIA CORP (3738.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/11/2024
