Due to the acquisition of SYNACOR INC by Centre Lane Partners, LLC (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• SYNACOR INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SYNACOR INC (SYNC.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 05/04/2021
