Acquisition | SVITZER GROUP A/S | 15th May 2025

On April 2, 2025 A.P. MOLLER HOLDING (APMH) launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of SVITZER GROUP A/S. Each shareholder of SVITZER GROUP A/S would receive DKK 277 in cash for every share held. Based on the announcement on May 1, 2025 the acquiror now holds 90.7 percent of share capital of SVITZER GROUP A/S. The acquiror has also obtained all necessary regulatory approvals for completion of offer. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive Ag will remove SVITZER GROUP A/S giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SVITZER GROUP A/S will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SVITZER GROUP A/S (SVITZR.CO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/05/2025
