Acquisition | SSANGYONG C&E CO LTD | 13th March 2024

On February 5, 2024 Hahn & Co Cement Holdings Co., Ltd. announced the acquisition of SSANGYONG C&E CO LTD for KRW 7000 per share. Following the end of the tender period, the offeror acquired 93.03 percent of the share capital of SSANGYONG C&E CO LTD. As the free float of SSANGYONG C&E CO LTD is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove SSANGYONG C&E CO LTD from the indices effective open March 13, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SSANGYONG C&E CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SSANGYONG C&E CO LTD (003410.KS) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/03/2024
