• The weight of SPECTRA ENERGY PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.

• SPECTRA ENERGY PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• SPECTRA ENERGY PARTNERS LP will be replaced by EQGP HOLDINGS LP (EQGP.N / EQGP UN) in a weight-neutral transaction.
