Acquisition | SMILES FIDELIDADE SA | 7th June 2021

Due to the acquisition of SMILES FIDELIDADE SA by GOL LINHAS AEREAS – PREF, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• SMILES FIDELIDADE SA will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of GOL LINHAS AEREAS – PREF (GOLL4.SA) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 07/06/2021
