Initially announced on June 4, 2025 VIPER ENERGY INC-A made a stock offer for SITIO ROYALTIES CORP of 0.4855 shares per SITIO ROYALTIES CORP share held. The completion of the event is pending the approval of SITIO ROYALTIES CORP shareholders on August 18, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on August 19, 2025. Trading in shares of SITIO ROYALTIES CORP is expected to be halted effective August 19, 2025.

• SITIO ROYALTIES CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SITIO ROYALTIES CORP (STR.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
