Due to the merger between  SHIRE PLC-ADR  and TAKEDA PHARMACEUTICAL-ADR, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

Solactive Global 200 Ex-Australia Index
Solactive Core Developed Markets Large & Mid Cap USD Index

• SHIRE PLC-ADR will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SHIRE PLC-ADR based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/07/2019.
