Initially announced on August 5, 2025 ADES HOLDING CO ORD made a cash offer for SHELF DRILLING LTD of NOK 18.5 per SHELF DRILLING LTD share held. SHELF DRILLING LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 9, 2025. Trading in shares of SHELF DRILLING LTD is expected to be halted effective November 26, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SHELF DRILLING LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SHELF DRILLING LTD (SHLF.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
