Acquisition | SERVIZI ITALIA SPA | 21st November 2024

On October 24, 2024 COMETA S.R.L. launched a public tender offer for the entire share capital of SERVIZI ITALIA SPA for EUR 2.37 per share. At the end of the acceptance period on November 15, 2024 the provisional results of the offer showed that the offeror controls 95.08 percent of SERVIZI ITALIA SPA share capital. As the free float of SERVIZI ITALIA SPA is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove SERVIZI ITALIA SPA from the indices effective on November 21, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SERVIZI ITALIA SPA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SERVIZI ITALIA SPA (SERIT.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/11/2024
