Initially announced on April 18, 2024 NOVAVEST REAL ESTATE AG made a stock offer for SENIORESIDENZ AG of 0.91 shares per SENIORESIDENZ AG share held. SENIORESIDENZ AG shareholders approved the Acquisition on May 28, 2024. NOVAVEST REAL ESTATE AG shareholders approved the Acquisition on May 29, 2024. Trading in shares of SENIORESIDENZ AG is expected to be halted effective June 17, 2024. The last trading day of SENIORESIDENZ shares on BX Swiss is expected to be Friday, 14 June 2024
