Initially announced on September 22, 2025 STRIVE INC CLASS A made a stock offer for SEMLER SCIENTIFIC INC of 21.05 shares per SEMLER SCIENTIFIC INC share held. SEMLER SCIENTIFIC INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on January 13, 2026. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 16, 2026. Trading in shares of SEMLER SCIENTIFIC INC is expected to be halted effective January 16, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SEMLER SCIENTIFIC INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SEMLER SCIENTIFIC INC (SMLR.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
