Acquisition | SELF STORAGE GROUP ASA | 15th November 2023

Initially announced on September 20, 2023 T-C STORAGE HOLDCO AB made a cash offer for SELF STORAGE GROUP ASA of NOK 40 per SELF STORAGE GROUP ASA share held. Tender offer results for the offer expired on November 9, 2023 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 99.12%. As the free float of SELF STORAGE GROUP ASA has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove SELF STORAGE GROUP ASA from the index effective open November 15, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SELF STORAGE GROUP ASA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SELF STORAGE GROUP ASA (SSG.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/11/2023
