Acquisition | SELECT INCOME REIT | 2nd January 2019

Due to the merger between SELECT INCOME REIT  and GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES INCOME TRUST, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

For:
Inspire Small/Mid Cap Impact Equal Weight Index
Solactive US Small Cap High Dividend Index

  • SELECT INCOME REIT will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of SELECT INCOME REIT based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 01/02/2019.

For:
Solactive Global SuperDividend™ Index
Solactive US Broad Market Index
Solactive US Extended Broad Market Index
Solactive US Small Cap Index
Solactive US Small & Mid Cap Index

  • SELECT INCOME REIT will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES INCOME TRUST will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • Effective Date (open): 01/02/2019.
