Initially announced on April 1, 2025, MDA SPACE LTD made a cash offer for SATIXFY COMMUNICATIONS LTD of USD 3 per SATIXFY COMMUNICATIONS LTD share held. SATIXFY COMMUNICATIONS LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on May 20, 2025. Trading in shares of SATIXFY COMMUNICATIONS LTD is expected to be halted effective July 2, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The weight of SATIXFY COMMUNICATIONS LTD (SATX.A) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
