Acquisition | SAPIENS INTERNATIONAL CORP NV | 17th December 2025

At a special meeting held on November 19, 2025, the shareholders of SAPIENS INTERNATIONAL CORP NV approved the proposed merger with Advent International LP. Each shareholder of SAPIENS INTERNATIONAL CORP NV will receive USD 43.5 in cash for every share held. The merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on December 17, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SAPIENS INTERNATIONAL CORP NV will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SAPIENS INTERNATIONAL CORP NV (SPNS.TA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/12/2025
