Initially announced on October 13, 2025, CATERPILLAR made a cash offer for RPMGLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD of AUD 5 per RPMGLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD share held. Trading in shares of RPMGLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD is expected to be halted effective February 5, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• RPMGLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of RPMGLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD (RUL.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/02/2026
