With effect as of May 4, 2020 until completion of the offer, Solactive will replace RIB SOFTWARE SE shares (untendered) with the tendered line (RIBD IX) on a one-to-one basis.

• RIB SOFTWARE SE will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of RIB SOFTWARE SE (TENDERED) (RIB1v.DE) will be added according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 04/05/2020
