Acquisition | REZIL ORD | 14th January 2026

On 14 August 2025, BCJ-100 announced a tender offer to purchase all shares of REZIL ORD. The tender offer expired on 10 October 2025. Following the successful tender offer REZIL ORD announced a delisting from the JPX. The effective delisting date will be 14 January 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• REZIL ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of REZIL ORD (176A.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 14/01/2026
