Acquisition | RENEWI PLC | 6th June 2025

On February 13, 2025 RENEWI PLC received a recommended final cash acquisition by Earth Bidco B.V. for GBP 8.7 per share. RENEWI PLC shareholders approved the scheme at a meeting on March 26, 2025. On May 23, 2025 the companies announced that the regulatory approvals have been satisfied. A court is expected to sanction the scheme at a hearing on June 4, 2025. RENEWI PLC shares are expected to be delisted on June 6, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• RENEWI PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of RENEWI PLC (RWI.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/06/2025
