Acquisition | Q-FREE ASA | 30th November 2023

Initially announced on October 3, 2023 JUNIPER HOLDCO AS announced to make a mandatory tender offer for Q-FREE ASA of NOK 12 per Q-FREE ASA share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending November 24, 2023 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 94.29%. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove Q-FREE ASA from the indices on November 30, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• Q-FREE ASA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of Q-FREE ASA (QFR.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 30/11/2023
