Acquisition | PROTO CORP | 16th June 2025

On February 4, 2025, PROTO CORP announced a takeover bid from FORESIGHT CO LTD for shares of the company which may result in the delisting of shares. The tender offer expired on April 4, 2025 and FORESIGHT CO LTD hold 68.97% of share capital of PROTO CORP. On April 25, 2025, PROTO CORP announced the delisting of its shares would be effective on June 16, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PROTO CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PROTO CORP (4298.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 16/06/2025
