Acquisition | PROJEKTENGAGEMANG SWEDEN AB CLASS B | 17th July 2025
SWECO AB-B S announced on 4 June 2025 a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of PROJEKTENGAGEMANG SWEDEN AB CLASS B to tender all their shares for SEK 15 per share. At the end of the acceptance period on 11 July 2025, the Offer had been accepted by approximately 97.9 percent of the outstanding shares. All conditions for the Offer have been fulfilled and SWECO AB-B completed the Offer. SWECO AB-B S intends to initiate compulsory redemption proceedings in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act to acquire the shares that have not been tendered in the Offer and to promote the delisting of PROJEKTENGAGEMANG SWEDEN AB CLASS B shares from Nasdaq Stockholm. As the free float is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove PROJEKTENGAGEMANG SWEDEN AB CLASS B from the indices on July 17, 2025.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- PROJEKTENGAGEMANG SWEDEN AB CLASS B will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of PROJEKTENGAGEMANG SWEDEN AB CLASS B (PENGb.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
