Initially announced on July 28, 2025, TOREX GOLD RESOURCES INC made a stock offer for PRIME MINING CORP of 0.06 shares per PRIME MINING CORP share held. PRIME MINING CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on September 29, 2025. On October 22, 2025, PRIME MINING CORP announced the completion of the Acquisition The PRIME MINING CORP Shares are expected to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange, the OTCQX and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PRIME MINING CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PRIME MINING CORP (PRYM.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 27/10/2025
