Initially announced on January 10, 2025 OPEN HOUSE GROUP CO LTD made a cash offer for PRESSANCE CORP of JPY 2390 per PRESSANCE CORP share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending February 26, 2025 indicate the percentage of shares held by the acquirer after the offer reached 94.84%. Due to the free float of PRESSANCE CORP falling below 15%, it will be removed from the indices effective (open) March 4, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PRESSANCE CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PRESSANCE CORP (3254.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/03/2025
