Acquisition | PREMIER INC | 26th November 2025

Initially announced on September 22, 2025 PATIENT SQUARE CAPITAL made a cash offer for PREMIER INC of USD 28.25 per PREMIER INC share held. At a special meeting on November 21, 2025, the shareholders of PREMIER INC approved the proposed merger with and into Patient Square Capital Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 25, 2025. Trading in shares of PREMIER INC is expected to be halted effective November 25, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PREMIER INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PREMIER INC (PINC.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/11/2025
