Acquisition | PLYMOUTH INDUSTRIAL REIT INC | 28th January 2026

Initially announced on October 24, 2025 CONSORTIUM made a cash offer for PLYMOUTH INDUSTRIAL REIT INC of USD 22 per PLYMOUTH INDUSTRIAL REIT INC share held. PLYMOUTH INDUSTRIAL REIT INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on January 22, 2026. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 27, 2026. Trading in shares of PLYMOUTH INDUSTRIAL REIT INC is expected to be halted effective January 27, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PLYMOUTH INDUSTRIAL REIT INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PLYMOUTH INDUSTRIAL REIT INC (PLYM.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 28/01/2026
