Initially announced on August 1, 2025 MACHINIFY INC made a cash offer for PERFORMANT HEALTHCARE INC of USD 7.75 per PERFORMANT HEALTHCARE INC share held. PERFORMANT HEALTHCARE INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 17, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 21, 2025. Trading in shares of PERFORMANT HEALTHCARE INC is expected to be halted effective October 21, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PERFORMANT HEALTHCARE INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PERFORMANT HEALTHCARE INC (PHLT.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 23/10/2025
